David’s philosophy of real estate is client centered. As an agent David believes his role involves educating and leading his clients through the maze of New York Real Estate. Through open communication and discussion he is able to gain valuable insight into the needs and desires of his clients. This ultimately results in his ability to find a home and space that reflects their lifestyle. Understanding the magnitude of the real estate decision, both financially and emotionally, David’s relaxed approach and experience will confidently guide you through this process. David graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Psychology. After graduation he had the opportunity of working in both New York and Los Angeles in the production of various documentary films. David began his real estate career in Chicago. He found a great sense of satisfaction working with clients, and being part of a major life decision as he helped them navigate their real estate journey. David returned to New York where he believes there is no better city and definitely no better place for real estate. David attended The NYU Real Estate Institute, receiving a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. His studies introduced David to some of the greatest minds in the industry.
